During each counseling session we will assess and discuss your goals, needs, health condition and overall well-being. Milestones for your personalised programme based on your requirements and your progress will help you bear those goals in mind on your journey to achieve your fitness goals.

Every session is adjusted bearing in mind your current health levels, energy, mood, and training goals. In a given session, we shall engage the body’s core and work the entire body using free weights, cables, bands, medicine balls and the client’s own body weight.

I help you to exercise self control by developing specific diet plans for those more unusual occasions, whether it’s a holiday, a small weekend break, dinner party or a business trip.
