I will. You will connect with Madhuri Ruia for all of your nutrition and fitness related sessions. Madhuri Ruia will curate your diet and exercise plan.  

The first on-boarding session is for 60 mins. This includes health assessment, goal setting for health and weight milestones to be achieved as well as grocery and meal planning.

I have over 20 years of experience as a trained nutrionist and health guidance counselor. I’ve helped hundreds of people become healthier, fitter and happier.

You are expected to send a photo showing your intended intake for all meals as outlined in the diet plan.  I will monitor these on a day to day basis and provide valuable feedback so you stay on track to achieve your health and fitness goals.

A healthy rate of weight loss broadly is a maximum of 1% of body weight a week. More than that can, in fact, result in additional unnecessary weight gain.

The focus of all my programs is to make eating correctly and staying active a lifelong habit to ensure a lifetime of benefits for you, unlike typical programs that are calorie and diet focused resulting in unmet goals and short-term gratification alone.

No. I believe that the best diet is one with everyday foods that you use from your own kitchen making it simple for you to carry on eating healthily for the rest of your life. 

In the basic program for one to 3 months, I encourage clients to eat right, actively make an effort to walk more and staying active.

Once you feel more energetic after 3 months of the program, I can give you guidance for stepping into gym workouts, slowly and steadily if that is your preference. You should, however, always  focus on doing workouts that you enjoy and do those with intensity.

Good health is not just about your diet and exercise. There are many other factors that affect health and weight management.

Stress, poor sleep habits, impaired digestion, back pain, to name a few, all affect the rate of success.

My mini tutorials bring you up to speed with current research on several of these topics so you find ways of making your program as effective as possible.
